Dave & Buster’s is looking for a Games Support Tech to create unforgettable experiences for Guests in their Social Bays. The ideal candidate will be able to guide groups through games, provide tips, and ensure a fun and engaging experience. Responsibilities include welcoming and engaging Guests, creating a high-engagement environment, and supporting Guests with technical questions.

Requirements

  • Guide groups through games and provide tips and tricks
  • Welcome and engage all Guests
  • Create an environment of high engagement and FUN
  • Support Guests with any service and basic technical questions
  • Resetting and cleaning Bays to approved standards after use
  • Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
  • Follow alcohol awareness procedures
