Job Description
Gas System Planning Engineer III to provide technical support to operations team, provide engineering analysis, and determine technical requirements for materials and equipment. The role requires familiarity with industry regulations, including CFR 49 Part 192, and proficiency in computer software such as Synergi Gas Modeling Software, GasCalc, and AutoCad. The engineer will also be responsible for performing hydraulic pipeline modeling analysis, supporting regulatory and compliance efforts, and providing technical expertise on field operations projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or engineering technology
  • 7+ years industry experience and/or training
  • PE License
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proficient knowledge of natural gas pipeline operations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements or concepts effectively
  • Proficient with computer software including Microsoft Office applications, Synergi Gas Modeling Software, GasCalc, RSTRENG, and AutoCad
