Role OverviewThe Gas Welder/Brazer is responsible for building and preparing specialized Pre-Conditioned Air (PCA) systems that power aircraft equipment on the ground. This role combines hands-on assembly with HVAC and brazing work, playing a crucial part in aviation infrastructure worldwide. What You Will Do
Assemble piping, mechanical parts, and electrical components for PCA systems following engineering drawings, blueprints, and detailed instructions. Perform brazing and plumbing tasks to connect HVAC systems and copper assemblies. Set up and perform testing and troubleshooting of built PCA units. Verify work quality and make corrections based on schematics and procedures.
