Role OverviewThe Gate Host monitors the gate entry, ensuring that all residents and guests are welcomed to the community and directed to the appropriate destination.
What You Will Do
Act as a 'Goodwill Ambassador' to welcome visitors, lock/unlock facilities, provide gate system information, and facilitate vacation watch parameters.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One to three years' experience working in a customer service setting
- Computer literate with basic understanding of the Internet, email, and entering work time
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with little supervision
- Good time management, organization, and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
