Job Description
As a Gate Service Representative at REMPREX, you will support the intermodal trucking community by performing intermodal gate transactions, maintenance, and repair at supported terminals. You will leverage proprietary technology to make timely operating decisions and ensure safe, efficient, and customer-oriented service.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to unwavering professionalism
  • Ability to quickly analyze and solve problems in a high-pressure environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic technical orientation with computers, printers and multi-line telephonic equipment. Mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of networking hardware and software.
