Job Description
We're looking for passionate, resilient, and business-minded enthusiasts who share our values and want to join us in not only leading the climbing industry but defining it! As an Instructor for Gateway Programs, you will provide a supervised and controlled environment during all our youth and other programs, teach climbing skills, and create inclusive spaces that foster a sense of belonging.

Requirements

  • Have a passion for climbing, yoga, or fitness, or an interest in engaging with our community, and shows a growth mindset through a willingness to learn and a sense of curiosity.
  • Demonstrate an openness to learn from others and collaborate to achieve common goals.
  • Interest in working with both children and adults to support others having transformative, purpose-driven experiences.
  • Have a relentlessly positive and upbeat attitude to inspire others to live life intentionally and strive for personal bests.
  • Ability to work 6-10 hours per week primarily on weekday afternoons and/or weekends.
  • Ability to work a complete Summer Camp or After School Program.
