Role OverviewAs a Lessons Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a great experience for all customers and students, by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, assisting customers with questions, and providing tours of the Lessons facility. You will also be responsible for driving and maintaining sales and promotional programs, communicating with parents and students, and maintaining the lesson and rehearsal schedules for the facility.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include selling rehearsal space, communicating with parents and students, providing guidance to instructors, maintaining and increasing curriculum sales, ensuring systems are functioning properly, and maintaining the lesson and rehearsal schedules for the facility.

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction (admin, retail non-instruction, etc.)
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
