Role OverviewAs our Operations Manager, you will lead the team accountable for ensuring that merchandise is properly received, stocked, and merchandised according to planograms, promotions, and standards. You will create and nurture our culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.
What You Will Do
Partner with the Store Manager to achieve EBITDA, sales, and margin goals. Ensure proper staffing levels, train operations associates, and assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in retail or warehouse setting
- Valid state driver's license and automotive insurance
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
