Role OverviewAs a Rental Associate, you will serve as the face of Guitar Center in the store, greeting customers, qualifying their needs, matching their need to the right product, and pitching and overcoming objections to close the sale. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the rentals department, clienteling/build relationships with customers, contacting local vendors, and reaching sales targets on services.

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail operations and/or sales or previous experience within a rental business
- Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
- Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
- Must be able pull and lift gear that weights up to 40 lbs
- Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
