Job Description
This role is for an experienced GCP Infrastructure specialist who enjoys building, improving, and supporting cloud environments in a consultative, hands-on capacity. You'll work closely with technical teams to plan, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure—without the demands of constant travel or a traditional delivery-center model.

Requirements

  • Lead and support cloud initiatives including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and change requests across client environments
  • Design, configure, and manage infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform
  • Automate infrastructure and operational workflows using scripting and configuration tools
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize multiple cloud environments based on client requirements
  • Collaborate with development teams to support the deployment of microservices-based applications in public cloud environments
  • Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
  • Contribute to security, high availability, and disaster recovery designs within GCP
  • Provide technical guidance and light mentorship to junior engineers when needed
  • Document infrastructure standards, configurations, and operational practices
