Role OverviewThe G&E Lead Rental Technician is a proactive team leader and technical representative in the Grip and Electric department. They oversee and ensure quality control, safety, and execution of order processing, inventory tracking systems, and warehouse organization. This person must be a technical authority, contribute strategically, and feel comfortable in a strong representative role to production crews and clients.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include leading technical representation, customer service, expertise in rental operations, inventory systems, and software, assisting with training, orienting, and directing new hires, finding and implementing department efficiencies, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
