Role OverviewApply gelcoat to the mold using an atomized spray gun process system. The GelCoater II is responsible for maintaining gelcoat equipment, reading and understanding work orders, and applying gelcoat on parts based on production order specifications.

Requirements
- Good knowledge and understanding of gelcoat processes as they relate to the nature of the Cobalt product and customer expectation
- Must be able to understand and execute top quality expectations
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, and to effectively communicate with management and subordinates
