Job Description
Option is looking for a Gen AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and implement generative AI-based solutions for complex and highly regulated environments. The ideal candidate has experience in Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, and LangChain.

Requirements

  • Google Cloud & GenAI
  • Solid experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Vertex AI
  • Vertex AI Vector Search
  • Vertex AI Agent Engine / Agent Builder
  • BigQuery and BigQuery ML
  • GCP service integration in scalable architectures
  • Agent and GenAI Development
  • Experience in implementing agents with generative AI
  • LLM and/or LMM models
  • RAG architectures with vectorial databases
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integration
  • Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, or similar in Python
  • LLM Gateways / Model Orchestrators
  • Observability of LLM (tracing, metrics, logging)
  • Model and agent evaluation (Evals)
