Role OverviewLuxury Desert Escapes is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive General Manager to support the Owner and lead day-to-day operations across our luxury vacation rental portfolio in the Coachella Valley.
What You Will Do
The General Manager will play a key role in organizing the company, managing staff, improving systems, overseeing guest and property operations, and helping the Owner execute local business goals.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, vacation rentals, or multi-site operations
- Strong experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure service environment
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities at once
- High attention to detail with a commitment to precision and follow-through
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable building systems, leading people, and improving operations
- Hospitality and/or real estate experience preferred
- Spanish and English preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Coachella Valley
- Legal right to work in the United States
