What You Will Do
Plans, conducts, implements, and monitors general recreation, personal development, structured therapeutic, and entertainment activities for inmates. Serves as a member of an interdisciplinary team and analyzes, assesses, evaluates, defines, and recommends group and/or individual treatment goals and activities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires 30 months of experience with coaching, personal training, and/or fitness instruction or 30 months of experience providing work direction to incarcerated persons and training and/or development. Alternatively, completion of an associate degree in recreation or 12 months of experience in activity therapy or recreation is required.
