Job Description
Join our team and help transform lives at DYS! We're seeking a General Activities Therapist 2 to plan and conduct recreational, personal development, and therapeutic activities for youth. Responsibilities include observing participants, serving as a member of an interdisciplinary team, and maintaining reports and inventory records.

Requirements

  • 30 months of experience with coaching, personal training, and/or fitness instruction
  • Completion of associate degree in recreation and 12 months of experience in activity therapy or recreation
  • Completion of undergraduate core program in recreation and 6 months of experience in activity therapy or recreation
  • 6 months of experience as a General Activities Therapist 1
  • Equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment
