Job Description
We are seeking a General Activities Therapist 2 to join our team at the Ohio Department of Youth Services. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a solid background and a passion to help youth.

Requirements

  • Plan, organize and conduct activity programs for youth assigned to residential treatment units
  • Organize and conduct individual and/or group recreational and activity therapy activities
  • Maintain recreation equipment and areas, and ensure safety measures are applied to all activities
  • Transport youth to off-grounds activities, and coordinate activities with other agencies and/or DYS departments
