What You Will Do
We are looking for individuals who may be a great fit for future opportunities at Rockland. Roles include Welders, Fitter Fabricators, Final Assembly Technicians, Steel Yard Operators, and Maintenance Technicians.

Requirements
- Welders: follow blueprints, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Fitter Fabricators: read drawings and fit components together
- Final Assembly Technicians: assemble finished products and ensure all components meet specifications and quality standards
- Steel Yard Operators: cut and form parts, safely handle, move, and organize steel materials
- Maintenance Technicians: maintain and repair equipment and facilities
