Role OverviewThe position provides highly specialized support services in areas of technical expertise needed within each learning community. The role involves working with high school counselors and administration, facilitating group processes, and focusing resources toward district goals. The position requires a master's degree, certification in education leadership, and three years of administrative experience.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include manifesting a professional code of ethics, responding to internal and external customers, modeling the effective use of technology, managing the Student Services Academic 9-12 team, and developing policies and procedures to ensure district compliance.

Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited institution
- Certification in education leadership and/or administration and supervision or completion within two (2) years of employment
- Valid Florida teaching certificate or have applied to obtain a Florida teaching certificate
- Three (3) years of administrative and supervision experience
- Three (3) years of experience in high school scheduling and academic planning
- Experience with high school counselors and administration preferred
