Job Description
SuperDial is building the next generation of AI-powered voice technology — automating and enhancing enterprise communication through real-time conversation intelligence and data-driven automation. The company is seeking a highly hands-on, business-oriented General Counsel to build and lead SuperDial’s legal function during a pivotal stage of growth.
Requirements
10+ years of legal experience, including significant experience advising high-growth technology companies
Combination of top law firm training and in-house startup or growth-stage experience
Proven experience operating as a highly hands-on legal leader in fast-paced startup environments
Strong commercial contracting experience with the ability to independently negotiate complex enterprise SaaS agreements
Meaningful experience within healthcare, healthcare technology, digital health, health systems, payors, revenue cycle management, or healthcare AI environments
