Advise the business on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, partner with business leaders, and support cross-border legal projects.

Requirements
- Extensive experience as a senior in-house legal counsel or general counsel in an international company
- Proven in-house legal experience in the game development industry
- Broad international legal experience across multiple jurisdictions, with strong expertise in UK corporate and commercial law
- Strong experience with commercial contracts, licensing and intellectual property
- Ability to quickly navigate unfamiliar jurisdictions by working effectively with external counsel when needed
- Business-oriented mindset
- Strong ownership and willingness to take responsibility beyond a narrow area of expertise
- Passion for improving legal processes through AI and modern legal technologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
