Job Description
Austin Industries is seeking a General Field Technician/Mechanic for heavy civil projects in the North Texas area. The technician is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing various types of concrete and/or asphalt paving equipment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of service and repair experience with concrete and/or asphalt paving equipment
  • Experience with Roadtec, Wirtgen, Vogele, Weiler, Gomaco, Miller Formless, Wirtgen, Guntert & Zimmerman, and other various brands of asphalt and concrete paving equipment
  • Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
  • Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Mechanical aptitude with required knowledge of Diesel engines, Transmissions, Electrical systems, and Hydraulic systems
