Role OverviewThe General Foreman – Earthwork & Site is responsible for leading and coordinating earthwork and site crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily earthwork and site activities, including grading, excavation, embankment, site preparation, drainage, utilities, and related activities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5-10 years of heavy civil construction field experience
- Proven experience supervising and coordinating multiple construction crews
- Strong knowledge of grading, excavation, embankment, site preparation, drainage, and related earthwork operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project layouts
- Ability to effectively coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Proficient in written and verbal business communication skills
- Ability to give and receive written and oral instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with office and field personnel
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure
