Role OverviewThe General Foreman position exercises independent judgment based on experience and skill to direct a group of Foremen in all areas. Non-exempt role; Reports to the Supervisor; Performs a variety of routine duties within established policies.
What You Will Do
Read and sign off on JSA; audit JSAs periodically; interprets sketches, procedures, written and/or verbal orders; assigns duties, lines up and follows up all work and is responsible for production of multiple areas; inspects work to ensure adherence to company standards; trains and assists workers in the performance of their duties; supervises and coordinates activities of assigned workers; interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations; analyzes and resolves work related problems; ensures jobsite materials and equipment are in good condition; may maintain time, production, and other records; may study schedules and estimate worker-hours requirements for completion of job; maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times; perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction

Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Preferably two (2) to four (4) years of experience in specified skill
- Some job sites may require NCCER Crew Leader certification or Turner Leadership Training
- Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
