Role OverviewThe General Helper performs a variety of technical operations and exhibits exceptional quality and quantity. The position is a critical component in the success and flow of the machine shop, supporting CNC Machinists and undertaking duties at other Thorlabs locations.
What You Will Do
The General Helper will perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, emptying trash cans, unloading trucks, and delivering material to specific machines. They will also operate manual equipment, CNC machines, and laser engravers, and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a maintenance shop or manufacturing environment
