Job Description
TikTok is seeking a strong software engineer to join the Ads Interface and Platform team. The successful candidate will design, develop, test, and continuously improve TikTok Ads software, manage a team of software engineers, and collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline
Experience in software engineering with strong Computer Science fundamentals and problem-solving skills
Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions in a clear and concise way
Very strong teamwork skills
