Role Overview

The Inventory/General Accountant's role provides accurate and timely cost, financial, and statistical data to aid in preparing accurate financial statements and making operational decisions that align with the financial and strategic goals of the organization for OXCO and related entities. The General & Inventory Accountant will perform various tasks such as collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational cost data, reviewing and validating cost standards, and maintaining ongoing visibility of obsolete and aged inventory.

The General & Inventory Accountant will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including collecting and analyzing operational cost data, reviewing and validating cost standards, maintaining inventory records, and preparing internal financial reports. The role also involves working closely with operations managers to analyze cost savings initiatives and performing cost-benefit analyses to compare operating programs.
