Job Description
West Liberty Foods is hiring a General Laborer to work in their manufacturing facility. The job involves manual or tool-assisted tasks to produce ready-to-eat products. Compensation is $18.25 per hour, and benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to work extended hours and weekends if needed
  • No previous experience is necessary
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds including above head and below the waist
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must be able to work at line speed with the ability to make coordinated hand and finger movements
  • Experience in food manufacturing or processing a plus
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands
