Role OverviewThe General Laborer supports the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of food products by performing hands-on assembly line and material handling tasks throughout the plant. This role is essential to maintaining line flow, product integrity, and compliance with safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a fast-paced, team-based manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Perform hands-on work on production and assembly lines, including packing, recasing, repackaging, and product rework across multiple lines. Support production by maintaining line speed while meeting quality and appearance standards.
