Role OverviewWe are seeking a General Labor, Bakery – Packing - 2nd Shift (Grandi Paddler/Inspector) to join our team at our Hazleton, PA bakery. As a General Labor, Bakery – Packing - 2nd Shift (Grandi Paddler/Inspector), you will be accountable for ensuring frozen bakery products are properly aligned and inspected before entering the automated vision system. This role is critical to maintaining product quality, production efficiency, equipment reliability, and workplace safety.
What You Will Do
Inspect and align frozen bakery products to ensure efficient processing through automated systems. Monitor product quality and remove defective or non-conforming products from production. Support equipment performance by identifying and communicating operational concerns.

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic math, recordkeeping, and timekeeping skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and follow established procedures.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, and climb throughout the work shift.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds and frequently carry more than 20 pounds.
