Job Description
Aspire Bakeries is seeking a General Labor, Packing team member to join their Alsip, IL bakery. The role involves packing baked products according to quality, case count, and customer specifications while maintaining food-safety standards, supporting line flow, and contributing to a clean, safe, and collaborative production environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift 20–30 lbs. as needed
  • One year of related experience or training (preferred but not required)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in food manufacturing or packing environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
