Role OverviewAspire Bakeries is seeking a General Labor - Packaging Support team member to assist in overseeing proper packaging of products, monitoring quality, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, elementary-level English literacy, and no prior experience. The team member will work on the 2nd shift, 2 PM-10:30 PM, with weekend availability required.
What You Will Do
Monitor product quality, ensure proper closure of clamshells, report product anomalies, remove out-of-spec products, monitor packaging equipment, discard scrap product, maintain cleanliness, and follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
