Role OverviewLSI Staffing is seeking experienced production associates to assist operations at a reputable garage door manufacturer in Lawrence, KS. This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
What You Will Do
Take initiative to learn the various stations in a department, operate a variety of hand and power tools with accuracy and care, rotate through tasks such as assembly, material handling, inspection, and line support, maintain safety, quality, and production standards at all times.

Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or similar industrial work
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable adapting to different tasks and working across departments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and machinery
- Familiarity with production metrics, quality control standards, or Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
