Job Description
The General Laborer is responsible for pre-assembling racking frames and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a production/assembly team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials in accordance with OSHA lifting guidelines
  • Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools
  • Experience working in a high-pace, mass production or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and detecting anomalies
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
