Role OverviewThe General Laborer is responsible for performing hands-on tasks at the location to keep it organized and operating smoothly. The role involves working in a warehouse/outdoor environment with exposure to outdoor elements and potential hazards. The position requires the ability to use hands for various tasks, talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, and lift/carry/push/pull heavy objects.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include moving products within the facility, loading trucks, assisting the Blender Operator, hanging super sacks, stacking products on pallets, providing general assistance in repair/maintenance, performing cleaning duties, and operating a company vehicle. Reliable and regular attendance is required.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have the ability to operate a forklift, read, write, and speak English, and communicate in Spanish. A valid U.S. driver's license is required, and the candidate must meet all company requirements to drive a Helena vehicle.
