General Laborer 1 role assists skilled trades on construction projects with tasks such as site cleanup, loading/unloading materials, and operating equipment. This is a entry-level position with a career path to General Laborer 2.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
  • 0-2 years commercial construction experience (Preferred)
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs
  • Must have reliable transportation
