Role OverviewAssists the manufacturing department with various tasks to keep up with production efficiencies. This role involves moving materials, organizing work areas, and utilizing equipment to assist with production requirements. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written instructions.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include moving materials and product, utilizing sandblast or hand grind equipment, following safety procedures, and monitoring tools and equipment for safety and maintenance.

Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Forklift license and overhead crane permits (company trained)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year production experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
