Role OverviewOwn the full monthly and quarterly close in NetSuite, including journal entries, flux analysis, account reconciliations, and monthly close checklist through management reporting. Duration: 3-6 months, 40 hours per week.
What You Will Do
Operational accounting end to end: AP, AR/cash application, expense reports, credit cards, and T&E. Clinical and R&D accruals, balance sheet account ownership, payroll accounting support, audit and year-end PBC, and NetSuite hygiene.

5–8+ years accounting experience, including hands-on NetSuite GL, full-cycle close ownership in a lean environment, strong US GAAP, and experience with prepaid/accrual accounting, expense classification, and balance-sheet integrity.
