As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will manage and litigate general liability cases, represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations, and provide legal analysis and advice on potential exposure and risk management strategies.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in Florida
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense and general liability
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
