Role OverviewMorgan & Morgan is seeking a lawyer to serve as a General Liability Pre Suit Attorney in our growing Jackson, MS office. The role involves day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work, managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers, and driving compliance and KPIs amongst team. The focus is on Personal injury cases, primarily general liability.
What You Will Do
Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work, drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents, overseeing settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages, managing the release approval process, and managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
