Maintenance Technician I to perform project maintenance and repairs including installation work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment, building systems, flooring, painting, and carpentry.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • Three years experience in specific skill area or one year experience and/or educational requirements from an accredited institution
  • Previous experience in mechanical maintenance work
  • Good working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
