Requirements

  • 1 year experience as a General Maintenance Engineer or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance systems.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
