Job Description
The General Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining the overall condition and functionality of the hotel through general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs. The role requires a hands-on individual who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and is committed to maintaining Hyatt’s high standards of excellence.

Requirements

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and hotel facilities
  • Complete preventative maintenance assignments and inspections
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, and laundry equipment issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support hotel operations by assisting with facility upkeep and special projects as needed
  • Follow all Hyatt safety standards and operational procedures
  • Deliver friendly, professional service to guests and fellow associates
