Job Description
We are seeking a General Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Hyatt House Charlotte/Center City. As a General Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs in guest suites, meeting spaces, and front-of-the-house areas. You will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment. Requirements

  • Minimum of one-year of building maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment
  • Good communication skills
  • Good customer skills
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push up to moderate weight
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
