Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Maintenance Engineer to join our team and contribute to the overall upkeep and functionality of our facilities. The General Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas.
What You Will Do
Perform general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas, including entry-level preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment.

Requirements
- 1 year experience as a General Maintenance Engineer or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant degree is a plus
