Role OverviewAs a General Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining all equipment, systems, and building components of the hotel. This includes mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks, furniture, paint, wall coverings, tile, and other equipment. You will work independently and as part of a team to diagnose and repair problems, and to maintain the physical structure of the establishment.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include building, repairing, and painting all parts of the hotel, installing and replacing lighting fixtures and bulbs, cleaning carpets and rugs, visually inspecting and testing machinery and equipment, and dismantling and repairing defective machines and equipment.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a hotel engineer or comparable maintenance experience at an establishment such as an apartment complex or office building
