Role OverviewAs a General Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining all equipment, systems, and building components, including mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks, furniture, paint, wall coverings, tile, and other equipment. You will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer requests and communicating with the Maintenance Supervisor on projects as assigned.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include building, repairing, and painting all parts of the hotel, installing and replacing lighting fixtures and bulbs, cleaning carpets and rugs, visually inspecting and testing machinery and equipment, and dismantling defective machines and equipment to install new or repaired parts.
