Role OverviewAs a General Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining all equipment, systems, and building components, including mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks, furniture, paint, wall coverings, tile, and other equipment.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include building, repairing, and painting all parts of the hotel, installing and replacing lighting fixtures and bulbs, cleaning carpets and rugs, visually inspecting and testing machinery and equipment, and repairing and maintaining the physical structure of the establishment.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a hotel engineer is preferred or comparable maintenance experience at an establishment such as an apartment complex or office building
- Ability to be yourself, lead yourself, make it count
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
