Job Description
The General Maintenance Engineer/Painter is responsible for maintaining the overall functionality, safety, and appearance of the resort by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

Requirements

  • Perform routine and corrective maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical issues
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to ensure equipment and facilities remain in safe working condition
