Job Description
General Maintenance Mechanic responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and inspections on building structures and systems, as well as performing tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Team Leader, Property Manager, and Director.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Virginia or North Carolina Driver's License
  • One year of Facilities Maintenance Experience
